This course will last about 90 minutes for 1 person and 180 minutes for 2 people covering the following: intro to espresso coffee, espresso machine/grinder and equipment, grinder set–up, espresso extraction, milk preparation, tasting, pouring techniques, constructing different coffee beverages, machine cleaning and maintenance. It is held at the Ripe roastery at 476 Jackson St, Petone, Lower Hutt.
